I'm actually hearing its just a drum sample used.... so if that's the case Kelis shouldn't be getting a CENT because her voice wasn't used either way.

The production, the harmonies, the vocals…

 

Bloodpop didn't flop it at all for Mother I guess when you are working with greatness it impacts the final product

I know Pharrel is like Bey and wont entertain the BS but he would only have to say one thing to shut Kelis up ''I produced all your records and Bey only used a sample that a PRODUCER created, why are you mad girl? she didn't sample your voice! Alien Superstar is out of our sphere, first listen I legit didn't understand it.

Yes I didn't understand the song, I thought maybe my earpiece wasn't working right, what was going on.

Second listen in....I'm starting to get the signal

 

Third...Fourth...Fifth listen in and it's magnificent, it's not even a grower, it's just sumptuous and begs for a live performance, those vocals at the end....A symphony.
