  • It was the best concert of my life, bar none. Idc!    It was extraordinary, it was ineffable.  I knew I loved it based on the videos but I... Hey I don't know.    Best moment

I know this award is a joke but the point is, she has cemented herself in history with the likes of Whitney and Lauryn. And on top of that she won an award for a genre that completely ridiculed and ex

Let's rank the interludes while we wait for tomorrow's show and find out which one she'll remove.

I know y'all don't like that ladies fan but a part two of that song will send social media in a frenzy

I just realized why Beyoncé said "the Renaissance it ain't over" before performing Summer Renaissance at the Renaissance tour.

pssst....

anybody looking for a link to the audio from opening night?

if u ask it wasnt me!

The entire Sweet Honey Buckiin' performance was such a highlight of the entire show.

:soda:

People saying she's not dancing, uh she was getting down in the Buckiin' part.

Did you miss it or something?

You drunk or something?

I think my favorite part of the show personally for me is from Desert Eagle til Levi's Jeans Thique.

That's where it seems like I the show reaches the climax.

In my opinion.

She can take Levii's Jeans out and just replace it with Speechless altogether

LJ is cool or whatever but it adds absolutely nothing to the show ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

I don't see the big deal, eras tour had empty seats as well.

those tickets aren't even for sale on Ticketmaster lol... those are "suites" that cost thousands of dollars to rent out.

Her sitting down after every three songs is what funny to me. She is clearly not trying to do too much.

She looks like she's in pain. It's strange how some things she'll give 100% energy, then in other parts even just moving her thighs energetically is too much

Well Twitter vibes, they say.

I just don't want it.

I hated the choreo and set up for Levii. It didnt match the vibe of the song at all Imo.

I do feel like it could have been better executed if it was a Bey + 1 male dancer choreo or if Bey sang while 2 dancers did steamier choreo

None of the new choreos are good and some of them are terrible zumba ****

Yall have to make peace with this

She's in her diva era and I kind of love it. It's very Mariah Carey. My only thing is idk if that's intentional or not.

Y'all I just thought the video was funny and could definitely see it being used as a gif in the future. Y'all are strict af :cm:

I mean that knee issue is sth we just can't overlook. Seeing how the knee is now probably under most stress because of the intense rehearsals before opening night, I can see why she often times moved rather cautiously. Better safe than sorry.

I suppose in the upcoming weeks, rehearsals will be less intense since shes going to feel more secure in the program, and thats when we can expect her to loosen up a bit more regarding the choreo.

Plus we cant forget shes approaching 44 and things are just different now than 10 years ago.

Still, she was way more energetic this opening night compared to Renaissance Open Night, lets not get it twisted here. Especially during the first Act, she was ON.

Complaining from the balcony of ATRL….as usual

The choreo is good. It's not gayish, it's literally all country inspired moves and well executed.

if you are looking for Zumba go watch Katy Perry or Taylor.

Enough with the criticisms already

some thoughts on the setlist (the only problem I have with this tour)

  • she is repeating too much from RWT, especially since she has hundreds of iconic hits and deep cuts from ages ago that people would die to hear
  • she has to let go of BILG. it was cute on the last tour but it doesn't have to stay
  • WDYLM and Bills Bills Bills were some of the best moments, because we haven't heard them for so long and now they're back (BBB should've been actually performed)
  • I also think that SL should've been back, it would sound fresh cause we're not used to it anymore
  • the point of Been Country site was to prove that the country has been there all along, but she didn't try to show that by including her country-leaning songs
  • there's no reason Irreplaceable shouldn't be included
  • All NIght is begging to be performed
  • not including Suga Mama is vile, but I can forgive her for including WDYLM instead
  • the order in the AHAP section was a bit weird for me and it feels like the same Diva/Formation section she has on every tour

however, I think she will improve on everything. she always does. however, I hope she starts changing her setlists in the future. she has a rich discography, but she performs the same songs over and over again when she can switch them up every now and then

Diva and CIL definitely need to be cut and replaced with her other hits - we've heard them enough.

I wanted to see her pull out a wooden stool and do a whole acoustic segment for this tour. It would work considering her injury and the country vibe. I feel like this tour wasn't well thought out and she didn't include enough of her older country-esque songs, the saving grace are the visuals honestly. The stage is really impressive but again feels too gaudy and high maintenance for what I thought was a country show…?

This tour wasn't well thought out?

she put it together in 2 days?

A 3 hour show that clearly connects Cc with Renee wasn't thought out?

Beyoncé's idea of country is not your Nashville stereotypical bland mess. Her country is black and rooted in Texas Houston…Grills and black southern vibe.

this isn't a country tour…it's a Beyoncé tour. That means it is not just one thing.
