There is a mistake on the Grammy's website, it states DC won 2 but they won 3 . They won 2 for Say My Name, but on the site, it changed to 1. Which changes her count.

Everyone on this list of most grammy wins between Beyonce and Jay Z are composers/producers. Alison is the only artist between them and she has won AOTY, but they haven't.

All of the Big 4 Grammys will come down to vote splitting between the pop girls. 
 

 

ngl i didnt expect her to win anything except categories involving texas hold em. if she gave CC more life yaya, bodyguard, and spaghettii may had a better chance.

 

edit: but i also know shes up against decent and obvs winners in those cats.

It's not a mistake. Say my name won songwriting award, so the group didn't win this. Beyonce, Kelly, Letoya i Latavia won individually.

It also doesn't help that she's competing against another Black performer with an even bigger country hit this year in Texas's categories.
