So how would we feel about act iii being a cute 12 track album?

:clack:

Personally I think I'd be fine with it. Lemonade with 12 tracks is her most acclaimed work. Kendrick pulled off a great 12 track album this year - all killer no filler. Not that Rennie or CC have any filler but one of people's biggest complaints about CC is that it should've been tighter - so I guess most people would be up for a shorter album next time.

b/c we get nothing else from her....i want as many songs as possible

and in this day & age of streaming....nobody is forced to listen to an album in its entirety. ppl can make their own playlists of how they want the album to sound.

i have my own CC playlist with some of the interludes & a few flops taken off and i'm satisfied. the issue is that everybody has different ideas of what should be cut and what should stay. a 12 track album where songs like Spaghettii, Riverdance, and such get to stay changes the perception of the album. we love "Lemonade" but there are a few skips for me and b/c it is a shorter album....its more prominent with less of a workaround.

Sorry, I'm just not completely sold on the tour idea — the most damning point being her having said that RWT alone took about 4 years to conceptualize and execute. And to the extent of a spectacle that that was (not to mention the 100+ commissioned costumes), it just doesn't seem that rational to me for her to sacrifice quality just to quickly accommodate another set of shows.

Plus, touring after each album released less than two years apart kind of seems like overkill, no? :stare:

I wish I could find a clip, but she mentions at the end of the Renaissance film she wants to take time off from touring, or something along those lines.  Everything's very confusing

So are we definitely getting the pre-announcement of the announced announcement tomorrow or-

yes, every Beyoncé tour will sell out... eventually. but mother is a capitalist to the core. touring for Cowboy Carter right now, in this economy, so soon after Renaissance Tour... is not going to be as profitable for her.

if the announcement is some sort of live show, it's more likely to be a residency or festival/rodeo of sorts. that way, she can cut corners by not having to build 3 versions of the stage and hire 160 trucks to haul those across the country. it'd also interfere with her family time less.

Yeah, short is best : Lemonade, B'Day standard, 4. ST and Ren is really the max for me. And I enjoy albums, I play them from top to bottom, that's how it's sweeter to me. I just can't do that with CC and I'm not much of a playlists' girl.

It's also goes a little against her "people don't make album anymore" statement if her album needs to be made into a playlist.

I think she created it as a movie with various acts.

when tomorrow we have confirmation that HDD was wrong about the tour announcement + the houston rodeo lineup is announced and she ain't on it :duca:

It's the between the scenes with her taking her Ginger shot and eating her sandwich before the "ANOINTING" prelude.

I pointed this out in another thread and the children swore I was lying on. I don't know why ppl can't understand that if she was planning a residency while wrapping the current tour, there was never a tour planned for CC. RENI took a toll on her body and her mind since all of her children attend school.

There were a lot of 'life' moments she missed that was documented on in the film and that's why she states: "After this tour, I'm going to try to get back to having some stability, but right now it's a fight. I'm doing the best I can to balance motherhood and being a wife, being on the stage and touring with a family. Kids don't care what you do for a living, they just want their mom. That's what I am".

revel was a 4-day show at a casino (not a tour), and OTR was a joint tour with her husband...

are you sure you want to manifest OTRIII right now? :deadbanana4:

plus, the scale and production of those shows are NOTHING compared to FWT and RWT. :rip:

Theres no way shes announcing ACT III as of yet, since this is one big era.

It will definitely be something live performance wise, but I also think she has something different and maybe smaller planned for CC.

She will probably start one big (world/US/EU) tour when the last act is released.

Her going on tour, especially after the response to RWT; which was still great, but, with an album like CC I just don't see it being well-received no matter how hype online-Hive claims to be s:wan:

Her touring CC and act iii together makes the most sense

Not them coming for my impeccable ATRL reputation :rip:

I said this before and got confused reactions but Beyoncé clearly knows the future and is telling us a heat wave is coming this summer to take us out per Texas Hold 'Em. I expected it to be summer 2024 but it's probably 2025. That's why she's rushing out one more act before our time is up. Her music has felt so morbid since The Gift. She predicted people being frustrated with insurance (Luigi) and wildfires burning houses down. Any other future predictions I missed?

Wildfire burnt his house down
Insurance ain't gon' pay no Fannie Mae, ****
So hold this holster, pour more liquor, please
Hardworkin' men ain't got no money in the bank, ha, ya-ya
Turn up the vinyl and the radio (radio)
He can't watch the news nowadays, oh (nowadays)
I just pray that he don't crash
Keep this pistol on the dash, he gotta keep the faith

I am of the opinion Bey can sell out any tour she decides to embark on, however the people here getting up in arms at the mere mention it might be a harder sell than usual should remember CC and RWT cater to vastly different demographics. Whilst Renaissance activated the queer community, in unison with her regular fanbase, CC (despite the impeccable quality) did not capture the wider Country community in the same way. There will always be demand for Beyoncé as arguably the GOAT performer but that doesn't mean some more casual fans may chose to sit this one out in lieu of a more appealing tour down the track (Trilogy tour). I think that is all anyone is trying to say.

The touring market is at an all-time high and a lot of people are more than fine with paying the most outrageous prices. Why are we questioning her touring power? She just did a stadium tour with a rather abstruse setlist for most of the general audience and she CRUSHED her previous one in every way commercially.

They literally questioned her touring power before RWT was announced here in this very thread. It was all doom and gloom and concern that she wouldn't sell or the demand would be soft. It ended up being the biggest female tour ever (not counting the Eras tour). The concerns and complaints are all so boring and cyclical tbh.  it's another reason why I just downvote and keep it moving.

This is why Beyonce needs to pivot back to surprise releases...yall simply can't handle advance announcements.

then when you've hyped yourself up with delusions...many will get mad that it wasn't the idea they concocted in their heads

imagine thinking we're about to switch into a whole new aesthetic, title & sound when she's yet to head into the Grammy's for an album with the most nominations of her career & maybe even a possible performance :isudumblmao: no logical thoughts....just self made confusion that makes no sense.

at this point...it was a mistake to even tell us there were 3 Acts...she should've let us piece it together once it was wrapped.

Uhm, she literally did that last year lmaooo! Showed up in that white cowboy hat and everything. The one that birthed that viral meme with her wearing the huge hat. She was in southern/western attire while CC wasn't even announced yet. :deadbanana2:

I remember it specifically because everybody was wondering if she was gonna fr release a country album as Act III and I pointed out that she def is because of her sudden aesthetic switch lol! She was hintinggg.

So I don't put it past her to do it this time either lol! It's Beyoncé tbh lmao!
