Do I think her pushing for Kamala was necessarily a good idea for her business?  No, but how can I expect someone with power to not use that power to help a cause they feel is great or important?  And I don't expect her to stop doing that now just because Trump won.

Bey has always been pro Black, pro Democrats, pro Women. There's literally no news to be told here. The endorsement wont affect her or her brand.
