It's gonna sound so cliche, but I see all these stans that became fans at ST or Lemonade or were just simply too young to be plugged into Bey at a serious level during her peak Pop years and I can't help but feel sorry for what they missed.

 

From her, of course, it was the Mathew handbook of promotion (chef's kiss) and an omnipresence like no other. But as a community, it was epic and so damn joyous. The intensity was borderline Barb-like...with the difference being that we were sane and our fave was deserving of all of her things. We were fed constantly and never (ever) would find ourselves scrambling for crumbs or worst still...ranking old material (no shade lol). 

 

She for sure is reaping the rewards of her earlier hard work, but between her less-is-more approach and the online landscape changing, the online Beyonce stan experience is definitely...different.

Even here around 2009 or maybe 2011 they tried to end you by posting your pictures and dragging you all over the forum thinking it would make you less popular and put you in check (Brit's stans in particular). Because Nicole and you were the most popular members here at the time.
