I think it brilliant that she is her own 'opener', first she sh*ts up the people who said she doesn't song anymore and then delivers an amazing show, her mind

I'm still in awe with the production. No one is doing it like her. 

And the way vocal Hive keeps winning. By the time she hits the states, everything will be polished.

I got tickets for Amsterdam and its my first Bey show! I was so excited especially after loving renaissance which is the perfect album to tour but Not gonna lie the setlist seems kinda off. Why did she choose to preform random songs while leaving some of her hits out/use only elements of them ?

What songs felt random to you? 

Best tour looks so far for me. The outfits are amazing! I was not sure about the order of the songs at first but now i kinda get it. She will probably move things around a bit by the time she gets in the US but i still think two songs from Renaissance should have opened, Alien Superstar and Cozy would have been perfect as the first two songs and then she gets into a medley of other songs before going back to other Renaissance tracks. I love her energy so much on this tour, she is enjoying it and you can tell she decided to not pressure herself with too much props this time around, very laid back vibe.

hearing beyonce 3 hours LIVE is a blessing. we should all be grateful to see her that much and hear her that much and in such prestine conditions (vocal wise). i teared up during dangerously in love and flaws and all because i was so moved by her and her being so moved

so cozy and heated are most likely to go viral thanks to the tour. that is honestly great because both are rather instant and pop-enough to be touched by radio.

We can also factor in her age + her desire in wanting to give a different (side of her) show. Where’s its not the typical dance numbers. I knew with this tour musically she was gonna give more of a party vibe and use props I’m happy she’s doing that.

Or she is just starting the next phase of her career, the more slow one where she sings her songs, with a little dancing going on but nothing major. She doesn't have to do it like Madonna to still be doing hard choreo at 50. Frankly i thin somewhere she changed her mind about this and is now getting the fans into it so they get used to it. Since Dubai, we saw a shift and i dont buy that it's only because of an injury.

You could see she wanted to go off so many times and then suddenly she stopped herself, I really think she was in a lot of pain but as professional as she is, she didn’t show it at all.

I agree. She was giving off the vibe of "careful" rather than "intentional".

As a casual Beyoncé fan I find the setlist disappointing tbh. I’m gonna listen to all those songs on Spotify to be prepared cuz I paid too much for my ticket 

It took almost 14 years to sing one of her hardest ballads again. This tour is literally all I could ask for... the vocals, clever use of those giant screens. It really helps the show feel more immersive and otherworldly. A certain other's stage has the nearly the same giant screens, but I felt very distant watching those and none of it screamed innovative, world-class production. I can't believe someone had the nerve to say Rennie tour had no theme, when she was serving alien chrome-punk robot throughout the show? It certainly has an aesthetic, even moreso than FWT.  

 

I don't mind the tradeoff with choreo for visuals, the theatrics, and vocals. I feel like Bey's past tours were an evolution of each other, but it never strayed too far from what we usually expect from her. This show is camp, pop, interactive, finally incorporating stage props, and just visually superior.  It'll only get better when she heals, feels more comfortable with the setting. The show with the US/Latam crowds, I can only imagine.

how? She played the entire album + some deepcuts + lots of her hits.. how can anyone be disappointed as a fan?

I love the fake intro with the ballads, I love that she played the WHOLE album, I love that she gave more teasers for the visual, she performed Savage Remix, Black Parade, Before I Let Go all for the first time... she looked cunty, ate up vocals, and served some light (for her standards) choreo.

 

insane production value, well-thought-out, I was LIVING watching on instagram live. imagine being there in person... and being disappointed

Halo and Single Ladies were the only hits missing, so there aren't any that "should be there".
