Even through the live stream it was an amazing experience. 

I don't usually care about this, but I can't not mention how insane her body looks. She's considerably small all over, as I knew she would be once she got into touring shape. I wanna fight every BBL truther who thought they were experts on this woman's body.

So is the premise of the show.. the Beyoncé we grew up with for 25 years is the opening act and then we get transported through some space-time portal to an alternate dimension with a cunty AI alien robot Beyoncé as the headliner?  Her mind, yeah she lost her marbles.

Replaying the entire show this sick morning and it's incredible

 

Some considerations:
- the "elephant in the room". Of course she hasn't danced like she always did. But tbh guys Bey is among the wealthiest people in the world with probably the best medical professionals following her. There's NO WAY the injury is that serious, otherwise they would have told her to simply cancel. My guess is that she voluntarily toned her dancing down waiting for the bones/ankle/whatever to heal.

 

- Related to the previous point, she doesn't look like she's suffering, she just has some problems with the stairs. Aside from that, her energy is amazing and she looks so happy

 

- Especially compared to the first FWT and OTR2 shows, she looks relaxed and close to the public, not some mysterious distant untangible presence. She finally sounds and look human again lol

 

- Her best vocals ever. I'm SURE she did a lot of vocal training and exercise for this tour, and after years of career this is a big lesson to be learned from some others

 

- The opening act being herself is both very funny and genius. It probably take some pressure off her and allows her to put the focus on her vocals and album track favorites. I really hope the opening act songs will change with every shows like they're rumored to

 

- The eclipse finally makes it full appearance before the start of the first act. It's just my theory but seeing continuously used since after the FWT I knew it had some hidden meaning. Somebody from her team said Renaissance has a deeper meaning for Beyoncé than what we see/know. I personally think she see it as some sort of tabula rasa from the rest of her career

 

- The rah-rah-rah-renaissance chant from the MC introducing her before ITG makes me so HYPE

 

- The multicolored outfit from the Cuff It act at first looked bad, but having seen her in other videos it makes her look like 2005 Bey those TIDDIES

 

- The opulence act is honestly a letdown and the only part of the show which sound reheashed. Tbh I could have done without Diva. Also the dress during this part was disgusting. I'm sure she will change that. Justice for Already and Find Your Way Back that deserved a spot here

 

- The lighting is out of this world. Just rewatched Partition light game

 

- The POTS/VG shell backdrop and hands bodysuit takes my breath away. Absolutely majestic. The way she referenced a lot of her songs, including Cater 2 U, during the ad libs was so unexpected and good

 

- the Mind Control/AHAP part is incredible. One of her best setups ever. She went MAD MAD MAD. I hope the Swarm shade is deliberate and that she continues to reference it

 

- I'm sorry but her flying around on Reneigh is a bit overkill like, where are they supposed to go lol

It's nice to see that people that were actually THERE really enjoyed it. I've been re-watching the 4K recordings on YouTube and the livestreams yesterday really didn't do these performances justice.

This could be one way to see it. For me, it was more of a “this is where we left things last time”  (opening) and then “allow me to reintroduce myself” (headliner).
