After that, sis is gonna relax and retire and enjoy life either way whatever happens I’m just so happy we’re finally getting something

My exact feelings. I literally woke up to this news this morning and it's the best feeling! I've been bouncing around the flat all morning. I have a packed morning with meetings and now don't care, because I'm feeling on top of the world!

I can see this or her releasing new albums with bigger gaps in between like she’s doing now.

also I am sold that she just gave us a glimpse of the album cover. And RED???? Oh bb doll I am falling apart already. I can still remember watching the Bills, Bills, Bills video from the top of my bunk bed in 98.  Riding with this woman for the majority of my life and here I am still just as invested and in just as deep 24 years later.  I love her. 
 

but no amount of experience in dealing with Beyoncé rollout antics help prepare you for the next one. Beyoncé is the master of many things, including keeping her fans on their mf toes.

Ehhh, give us a proper send off. As long as it’s a proper era which it looks like it’s shaping up to be. 2 albums at least, maybe  summer 2023 tour everywhere, girl better put in the work and have it be her Emancipation of Mimi or Confession on a Dancefloor type of beast. Give us some magazine covers, interviews, great performances. Then yeah go into the legacy act, but we need one last banger before so.

My thoughts exactly! And the fact that the Hive guessed the title correctly  never in a million years would I have expected this type of rollout after ST and Lemonade

I dont believe she will retire after. At all. Two albums, songs from The gift and EIL, she has enough material to tour for the next 2 years. Plus i feel she is going to at least do a movie after this or musical so nope just the beginning, like the title Renaissance means something, it's a rebirth.
