Likely because it was played on both Pop and Urban radio. AMAs use Nielsen method for their nominees (like the BBMAs, but they have a different formula). It's not like they're deliberately nominating these songs in there.

Has anyone's favorite tracks pretty much stayed the same since day one? I know some tracks grew on a lot of people, and some of the instant likes fell from favor for others, but that hasn't been my experience with this album at all. My Top 5 has been written in stone.

Pure / Honey was probably my favorite at one point but now I wish I could hear Honey on its own.

 

Cuff It was near the bottom for me and is now in my top five. Never cared much for Alien Superstar and still don't, but I love Heated now and didn't like it at first.

she's on contract. like most of her creative team, they are free to do other projects and work with her on a contractual basis.

yeah Zerina appears to be superior. She worked with tons of small independent designers for BIK and I saw no complaints. Whereas with Marni this is the second designer speaking out this era, and Nusi said others feel similarly 

 

Marni and Andrew give arrogant clout chaser vibes. Zerina and Kwasi are much more humble.

yeah i follow the indie designer who did the Find Your Way Back crystal outfits and she raved about working with Z.

 

it's sad that marni trying to juggle beyoncé and whatever other projects shes also doing is making B's work fall by the wayside.

yes. the overlapping R&B submissions aren't really concerning to me, I feel like she has a good shot getting at least one and possibly two nominations in those categories.
