Idk why they’re trying to maximize profit over some damn visuals, especially if they’re letting the hype die trying to find a place to put it on BIK was also one of the most pirated films when it came out so what makes her think that same event won’t happen again? This is insane, this era is insane. I knew this already, but somehow she manages to blow my expectations away in the worst ways possible

It costs a lot to make. We know Bey likes her money too 

This is merely a huge display of ego and greed, to an extent that she’s willing to sabotage her own album and era to collect more coins, not even giving one slight damn about her fans. 

 

Marrying Jay was the worst thing she ever did. He really must blow her head up constantly. 

 

Please don’t try to tell me the woman we stan is humble at this point. She is still nice and generous with other famous people when she meets them, but she is definitely not humble. She’s truly in her “I am God and you WILL pay me my millions or else EVERYONE will suffer, including my minions aka the Beyhive” era. 

 

I don’t hate it. I just wish we didn’t have to suffer as a result. 

 

The thing is, it wouldve been much cuntier and honestly BETTER if she just said from the get go "No visuals coming, just enjoy the music". The ridiculusness of it all stems from this "art"-talk when its all just money-related.

Thats why a lot of people (me included) are frustrated, because it just doesnt add up.

if the tour is next summer then the visuals will probably be used promotionally as a way to revive the album. I’m wondering if act ii will come before then.

Hopefully this makes her stop doing a full movie and just do 2 videos next era. No more nonsense.

At this point act 2 is coming in 2025 and act 3 will be cancelled

 

Also seeing how she treats her collaborators and her inability to stick to plans in order to maximize exposure, I qouldnt vote for her during Grammies either. Unreliable and stuck up doesnt win u AOTY, Mrs Carter, no matter how many parties u throw

It seems like they shot the entire film without a solid deal with a distributor, and now they are SCRAMBLING to find one  I guess that disproves the Netflix 3 film deal (but didn’t Variety confirm this??).

 

The visuals coming out in Summer 2023 is pure comedy. NO ONE will care by then  Did they not see what happened to BIK? 

 

A year long wait for visuals is just ridiculous, especially if you’re not even doing anything with the era in between that time

Why would you guys think she's scrambling to find a distributor or think the netflix deal is fake? 

I believe BIK was only on Disney+ because it was Lion King based which Disney own. Although you guys are having melt downs, they were literally filming in July. Again, a post production heavy project takes 3-4months of post production (not talking feature film). Lemonade which was likely way less ambitious then this had like 3months of post production sans formation which technically is not part of the film. Also I refuse to believe she got Frederik Heyman involved just so he could make a digital billboard as seen in the BMS visualiser  once again making me think its CGI heavy.

The funniest thing about all these meltdowns is that the project and its singles are doing great. I'm not sure why we're predicting some internal disaster, the era began with a black/image free aesthetic and we've been told the visuals will come later. ITG teaser was just something to tide people over and let them know visuals exist since not everyone would of read that press release lol

So, if she has a 100 million deal with Apple, they could (in essence) buy out her remaining commitment to bring her over to them. Messy, but possible. 

 

Like someone else, I actually believe most of everything we've read (good, bad, and otherwise). Many things can be true at once. I just don't buy Summer 2023 for Ren act 1 visuals.

I think Netflix is struggling financially and can’t pay out what she’s asking for. They have had some really rough patches and lots of layoffs recently, so it’s possible they renegotiated the deal to a first-look deal or canned it altogether after hearing her asking amount for the film.

Honestly thought we were getting closer to the videos. Us waiting for BMS to drop all those months. I probably won’t even watch next year. I didn’t with BIK.
