It’s different for everyone. Mine is BMS. 

Apparently, it's now customized for every user. Wonder if this is a glitch, a test, or something permanent. 
 

 

FYI, mine is BMS at #1 and Cuff It at #8

It's simple and not lol. 

 

TTH is Spotify's MAIN attaction playlist. It makes or breaks songs and is the central focus of many labels and is the source from which radio programmers do their job too. I'd say even moreso than the actual Spotify charts. 

 

So, a change of this scale is kind of a big deal regardless of whether they've been doing it with their smaller playlists. 

Yeah its an algorithm thing, Cuff is #2 for me.

All the songs that I like or have played or from artists that I like are suddenly at the top for me as well. 

Vegas for example (that I overplayed) is #2 now, BMS is #8) 

 

Anyway I have hope that they are having a change of mind regarding Church Girl. It actually didn't impact radio as the listed date, maybe it will be a Summer Renaissance's situation again. 

Cuff it is No.1 for me.

 

But why is BMS on other peoples? Finally the Spotify PayPal has come through ahehe

They will. They have to. Church Girl was supposed to impact radio yesterday but nothing happened, it seems postponed. So they'll either replace it with CI or send it along with it. I'm basking in optimism today.
