Give it time. Melon is dying and Spotify will start gaining more steam in about a month.

Before coming for Melon, spotify have to surpass Flo, Genie etc..

Also have to know if spotify streams will count for music shows wins, if not koreans kpop stans will not bother with this platform (except korean BTS fans who want to help Ifans to break spotify records)

-They are only offering 7 days free trial.

-No Free plan or family plans are available here.

-As for IU, some of her songs that dont belong to KakaoMusic are ofc available on spotify but most of her discography is not. 

People don’t magically jump on streaming services overnight

I was about to say, Japans top songs last year literally had like, 10-20k streams. The amount of progress in just a year is crazy.

They have like 4+ more streaming services, i wasn't expecting doing it too much in the first week.

Also, i heard Spotify won't have all k-pop music + doesn't count for music shows.
