Mediatraffic's Decade-End

Featured Replies

The list is completely useless, it counts SPS figures post-2017 but doesn't count them pre-2017, thus completely skewing the numbers. Not to mention the fact that Mediatraffic is based on data from 20 markets + Spotify only.

Yeah, like what’s the point if years of numbers are missing?

The Fame Monster EP sold ~2.4 million, not 1.9. Also her total already exceeds 36 million in pure.

A LEGEND :jonny5:

Do we have any source of those 2.4 million? :jonny:

And to think 19 came out in like 2007/2008 right? So it sold that much pretty much since 21 was released, a true force :rip:

The Fame Monster and Born this Way :jonny5:

1989 and RED :jonny5: aka her best albums.

Born to Die :jonny5:

Adele :alexz:

The songs top 10 is so tragic outside Call me Maybe and Rollin' in the Deep :skull:

I meant Mediatraffic, not the hater lmao

Oh yes, nobody cares about Fred, everyone knows that since Gaga debuted he has been slowing her sales because he is a Madonna fan, and I can prove it.

Chartmasters has TFM EP at 2.13m:

CSPC-Lady-Gaga-The-Fame-Monster-EP-and-T

But they cut its sales in Japan. They say it sold 250,000 when it actually sold 600,000+ there (without TF):

"The Monster" (released in November 2009, cumulative sales of 548,000 copies)

So, 1.7m from US + ~ 0.3m from Canada + 0.6m from Japan = 2.6m

Also, I think The Remix's sales are higher than they estimated, by my estimates, something like 1.8m instead of ~1.5m.

This led to a total of 4.4 million sold with just these two.

:jonny5:

Lol their info is still not modified, DW&H has been at the same number since 2012.:dies:

RIHANNA slaying with the most songs in top 100 with 7 ! Also LOUD being #17 on the albums

SONGS

27. We found love

28. Love the way you lie

46. Diamonds

58. Only girl

87. This is what you came for

88. The Monster

92. Stay

(Justin Bieber follows with 6 and Maroon 5 with 5 songs).

I'm having fun with this hater's breakdown :oh:

??? What? Why?

I've never understood how this **** works tbh, this whole "points" thing.

I mean, some numbers are on par with official IFPI numbers and others are waaay different, so I really don't know.

Can someone explain please?  And, how can we consider these numbers "official"?
