Billboard got paid by Scooter to decrease her numbers wbk 

One million copies sold in China and one million copies sold on the Rolling Stone Top 200. 

Gonna be using that 716k pure sales number from now on

yeah that's the # i'm most confused about; I mean, the rest depends on formula, I guess, but what was and wasn't counted for sales for bb vs. rs? hmm

So why didn't Billboard count the 37k pure sales?

they give more benefits for deluxe album sales and physical sales as well + they have a more generous streaming weight (billboard is 1250/3750, RS is 1200/3600)

 

@peterstyles13 add this to the OP; the target editions are technically deluxe editions hence the difference in pure sales

not really. rs just weighs deluxe albums more than normal versions.
