The Hot100 is a popularity chart though, radio plays a big part in the popularity of a song.

No shade but Gaga can barely stay more than 3 weeks in the hot 100 top 10 with an entire promotional schedule on lock, this chart will be filled with men at the top.

They should've had this before Shallow was released. It would've been #1 for months.
