Isn't Despacito already at like 60 million though? It's on so many formats. I know Billboard combines both remix and original however I think this AI chart does not combine them

Yes! It has over 13M on Spanish radio and over 9M on Tropical Latin alone currently. It has tons of potential on Pop and Rhythmic stations to grow. And it has even started on HAC yet.

I admit I haven't heard the song, but since Bieber has charted on AC several times before, does this song have a chance there?

If it keeps increasing on Urban and Urban AC then there is a chance it might grew even bigger, it's a multi-format smash and it's being played on Pop & R&B Radio.

It very well could get played on AC as well. But it's hard to tell because this song is new territory on most major formats. If HAC and AC pick this up as well, then this song will have enormous airplay support.

I love Paramore and all, but "Hard Times" ain't gonna do anything for them. Their first singles never do, and they have no momentum to go off of since "Ain't It Fun" was 3 years ago.
