Billboard says it's the 2nd single, Wikipedia changed it from promotional to an official single...

 

I think they are giving LWYMMD a final push on pop radio this week, and will start pushing RFI next week, not just on rhythmic but also on pop and HAC. Also official video will be released in 10 days (or even sooner, this coming friday).

It's not like there's even been ambiguity about a Taylor Swift single. If it's a legitimate single, it will be announced as such and receive a video like every other single she's released since she became immensely successful.

Pop literally almost always start spamming the closest thing to a new #1. I’ve complained about it. If Taylor had started to collapse, Liam would be #1 for weeks.
