I don't think it's that she doesn't enjoy it anymore, but it's a culmination of her losing her mother and sister simultaneously, paired with whatever else is going on and she's jus doing her best to keep it all together, whilst still trying to give fans what they want…and as a result of that it looks like she's disconnected from herself and just a shell when she's performing.

That's definitely not happening, Beyoncé wouldn't release an album this early. IF we're lucky, she'll have some Super Bowl promo and possibly announce a single or something like she did with Cowboy Carter, via a commercial but an album and a corresponding tour is more likely to happen in Summer when the weather is better and clear of other releases.
