I think it makes sense if we consider the population & economy power of their main markets. (ex) China >> Europe. Japan>>Germany, Korea >> Spain) The only reason western pop girls do better on spotify is because many Asian countries use their own streaming sites.

Local people mostly are not behaving well in my opinion.(i didnt love my country so i left there) But honestly many western people (incluing all races) living in those countries behave quite rudly too. They have no interests in learining cultures and languages. Just look down on people as if they r better. And always complain that people cannot speak in English there. Racism is very complicated things..i have a doubt that it is possible to be sorted anyway...
