aespa are more talented and have better music

BlackPink singles sound the same and rehash 2NE1 structure down to the Ratatatata’s and chanting🤭

 

at least Aespa singles sound different 

It’s pretty close but I really hated all of aespa’s last few singles whereas Blackpink’s were at least tolerable, so I’ll go with Blackpink

 

Savage and Girls are incredible though 

I think Black pink music is generally better or listenable. I didn't like anything by Aespa except for Next level.

I stan both but definitely aespa. More quality content and less rehash of the same sound.

Both mid but Blackpink for their earlier work.

Love both, but aespa is much better as a group. BP, with rare occasions, goes for a similar sound every comeback, although their solo activities are rarely a disappointment

Pink Venom, Thirsty, Shut Down and Illusion are some of my favorite kpop songs ever. Especially Illusion.

You need them both because they fill completely different niches. I wouldn’t say either is better currently - they’re both doing great.

 

I do wish YG would let the BP girls do as-libs and a real bridge, though…

I like both but Blackpink does know how to put out good singles. They’re the standard for a reason

anyways, Blackpink has bigger & more memorable title tracks imo but Aespa isn't chained down by Teddy's yearly tired remakes so they shine on their b-sides and show more versatility and creativity in that sense with songs like Lucid Dream, Yeppi Yeppi, Welcome to My World

 

so I would say it's a tie but they have yet to serve excellence like PWF & AIIYL for a title
