  1. OMG I almost cannot believe this…. You are a hero!! I knew I wasn't dreaming…. The song is much worse than I remembered but at this point I'm happy that this has been uncovered. Thank you thank you thank you
  2. Fans could differ Gaga's vocals but both her presence and voice was the most similar to the singer. You would truly be my hero!
  3. Hey everyone, I've been trying to track down a mysterious live performance I remember seeing or hearing about between 2014 and 2016, and I was wondering if anyone here recalls anything similar. Here's everything I can remember: • The main performer was a female singer who was veiled and dressed in a Cleopatra-inspired outfit. • The performance was high quality, featuring dancers and an elaborate stage setup. • The songs were upbeat pop songs, not alternative or rock. • One song performed had a lyric about a purse (some people even called it "Purse Song" or something similar). • The venue seemed to be an open-air public space (possibly a city square or outdoor event). • There were rumors that it was Lady Gaga, with speculation circulating heavily on GagaDaily at the time. • Later, it was said that the performer was part of a hidden-identity supergroup of female singers, possibly with a three-letter acronym as their name (like "JLR" or something similar). • A music video of theirs was uploaded to YouTube, but the singers' identities were still concealed. I initially thought this happened in Chicago, but I'm not 100% sure about the location. Does anyone else remember this performance or the mystery around it? Any leads would be greatly appreciated! I hope it's not something that only happened in my head, ad it has been bugging me for a while. Also, it's not ionnalee.
  4. This! We know that female performers are held to a higher standard but the fact that the listed performances are so lucklaster in comparison, even within the context of the biggest musical event in the world, is truly something. I voted for The Weeknd due to the production value and the hits. I guess some points could be made for Kendrick for originality and Usher for entertainment value but Maroon 5 and JT were just so subpar it's embarassing. Neither of them can hold a candle to Shakira, JLo, Gaga, Bey and Madonna and I'm being impartial.
  5. I think both are fine. Straight up saying you are not interested is probably the best, as it clears the air quickly. I don't see the problem with not replying either, as long as it's only a few texts in and there was not much of an engagement in the chat in the first place. Ofc, ghosting after arranging a date or even later, is rude, if it's one-sided. I actually think blocking is the worst. For me it conveys a message that "you are so f-ing ugly that I don't even wanna look at your (blank) profile." This might be an internal conflict for me, and I understand that I'm not everyone's type and the most attractive person on the planet, but I just don't understand why they won't just stop responding or say that they are not interested. Personally I only use blocking if a chat gets way too uncomfortable. I would not block just for sharing a face / body pic.
  6. All those songs that use heavy samples, a certain French DJ practically just re-releases old songs under his name but to properly answer your question, I think My Body by Slayyyyter was heavily inspired by Hold It Against Me
  7. I don't think it's this simple. Democrats may be looking to shift blame, but ultimately, the impact of celebrity endorsements comes down to the individual and their ability to sway voters. Some high-profile endorsements, like Beyoncé's, probably don't add much, as those likely to be influenced by her are already leaning blue. In fact, these endorsements can sometimes backfire, reinforcing a sense of elitism and detachment from average voters. On the other hand, Taylor Swift's endorsement felt more effective, particularly in a climate of misinformation and deepfakes, where her reach and trustworthiness can make a difference. So, I don't think they need to abandon celebrity endorsements altogether, but rather, they should approach them with more caution. It's also interesting to me since, where I'm from, it's pretty rare for celebrities outside of politics to publicly back a candidate. Only a handful have ever made endorsements, and even then, it's not common practice. You could probably guess their leanings, but it's much less visible than in the U.S.
  8. Is Diva trending? I feel like Iggy has received some retroactive acclaim and regrets over her initial cancellation but she's still in the khia asylum
  9. Katy's peak is obviously bigger, and it benefits her more retrospectively (streaming-wise) but she cannot match Kylie's recognition, consistency and quality of a career spanning almost 40 years. Kylie Minogue is in a different league, even if her sales, unfairly, do not reflect that properly. Taboo clears Katy's entire career and that's just off Kylie's latest release. KM for all
  10. Why does everyone hate Midnight Ride? Out of the collabs I enjoy it the most by far. It's one of the most experimental/left-field song for Kylie in a while, it's catchy, issa bop, and Orville sounds hot While I'm generally a house music stan Miss Blessed's project does not do much for me Also, TABOO stans to the front!
  11. Is there a list of companies that offer this benefit package?
  12. The way she lost the ability to release a decent song Hopefully this is a return to form
  13. This 100%. Word on the street is that other Orban allies & confidants snitched on him so I'm pretty sure his arrogance led him to this point.
  14. I used to be like that but the corporate world/capitalism/crazy inflation, along with heartbreaks, completely burnt me out by the age of 25 and now I consider my best weekends the ones when I don't have to leave the house. Also, as others have said, I try to be grateful for what I have and the relative stability.
  15. Serbia- Jelena Karleusa Romania- Inna, Alexandra Stan Albania- Dua Lipa Cyprus- Eleni Foureira Ukraine- Nu Virgos
  16. I want her to release **** Pop: Melbourne
  17. Depends on the aspect, if you think Europe in general then the 3rd is Moscow, for better or worse (4th just behind would be Istanbul). But since London and Paris are widely associated with Western (European) "power," in that sense (and also geographically and culturally speaking) the obvious third would be Berlin (with Amsterdam being 4th).
  18. I came here to post this. Every "gaga" thing she did after was just a rehash and felt ingenuine.
  19. This. I love Gaga to death but she really needs to jump on this. It’s never happening tho
  20. Tbh she should just drop the album and maybe one video. She probably has enough for that
