I can't sit here anymore and refresh this site and be okay with this slander of an innocent dead man's name. We need to collectively push back against this sites sickening agenda against our MJ.

I like it. It makes me post less though since I'm too busy staring at HIM.

"I have slept in a bed with many children... we're all just jamming in the bed. It's all moral and it's all pure. I don't even think that way. It's not what's in my heart."

You'd better ask for every librarian, bookstore owner and worker and newsagent to be criminally investigated then if this is your "evidence"

wonder why are you so hellbent on defending a pedophile

It is just messy and unprofessional, but it makes sense for this sites reputation.

Also Michael never went to prison so it doesn't make any sense.

This actually isn't even a fraction of the ridicule that he deserves for his heinous acts.

It can be really hard when you've formed a parasocial relationship with who you thought somebody to be and that collides with the harsh reality of who they actually are. You can solve this problem by listening to his music and just enjoying who you believed him to be in your head, it doesn't matter that it's not real. But going so far as to defend and enable a notorious pdf to salvage your parasocial relationship is not going to help.

Below are some standard responses to MJ fan points:

  1. He's dead what do you want to do, dig him up? No, but some of his victims are still alive and they are still being affected by the way they've been treated and continue to be treated - like liars, when they aren't. There are plenty of other victims who will not come forward ever, and they matter too.

  2. It was a setup and they destroyed MJ! No. Michael was responsible for his downfall because of his actions both as an obvious serial predator and with his absolutely pathetic creative output after the allegations that makes Britney Jean look like a creative masterpiece. He clowned himself and spent at least the last two decades of his life on more pills than Nicki.

  3. The families and kids just wanted money! No. And even if they wanted compensation that is how our legal system is built. Michael sure was a fan of spending copious amounts of money on stupid **** while pretending to be a philanthropist. His weak ass charity singles would be dragged by today's standards because we all know better now. Save the children doesn't really have much meaning when you're snatching them from broken homes and abusing them.

  4. He wasn't found guilty! We all know that is not the same as being found innocent. He settled out of court because he had wealth and privilege and rich people don't need to follow the same rules as others when it comes to sexual misconduct as we all know now.

  5. But his music! Yes, but he relied on his collaborators and without them his music was hot garbage - go listen to Demerol.

  6. But his talent and dancing! Yes he was talented. But Britney was a better dancer and performer, Beyonce exists, and his sister Janet cleared him in every category. He is the second most talented Jackson, but he does beat Latoya.

  7. But he had a bad childhood and is Peter Pan! Look up the term grooming. Also it is a myth that victims go on to perpetrate, and his victimisation as a child does not excuse his perpetration as one of the most powerful adult men in the world. Even today he has so much money behind him defending his reputation and silencing those who dissent, he was untouchable. Unfortunately the boys he targeted weren't.

From my research into the 2005 trial, these books were in a closet with a bunch of other books/items/letters that were given to Michael by fans. His room is like 700 square feet and 2 floors, so it's not like they were by his bedside cabinet.

The inscription in the first book is weird but the person who gifted the book to him said that she asked Michael to give it back to her and write a note in it, which he seems to have done. She even testified to it in the 2005 case. Also, his fingerprints were not found in the books.

Ultimately, it's obvious he was inappropriate with kids but the question will always linger on how inappropriate which is why he won the 2005 case and didn't go to jail.

To claim he's innocent you have to be willfully ignorant and ignore what's right in front of you.

"But Peter Pan syndrome, he was mentally disabled, he had no childhood, he had the mind of a child-" stfu none of this is true and you know damn well it isn't.
