Open relationship as in... dating until you find a replacement while you share expenses with your roommate you 'love'. Good luck!

I know older gay couples who've been in sexually open relationships for decades and who wouldn't want to "find a replacement while they share expenses with the roommate they 'love'" for anything in th

Girl just top him once in a while, it's just doodoo. You would rather let your bf get f*cked by random strangers than just f*ck him yourself

I would obviously do an open relationship. First I would need to be in a relationship. But I find time and time again that there are no men in the world for me. I don't think I'll be dating any time soon.

If the guy is hot what's the problem of being painted on? Like if I like someone they can pee on me, take a dump on me, and whatever else floats your boat.

ATRL is such a special place

I would say in my anecdotal world/community 40% of the open relationships I have seen have been two of the strongest couples. They pursued open relationships because they loved each other a lot but also had a high sex drive that they persued and had no emotional attachment to.

The other 60% of open relationships crashed and burned gloriously.

Only you can determine which of the two you would fit in.

cant you start by ******* his throat and putting a dildo up his ass ? that way you dont have ptsd hopefully or what ever

We are also both on meds that make it hard for us to get fully hard, I think we both r coming to a place where we may not be sexually compatible

If I could flip a switch and be a rock hard top I would

I have strong feelings regarding this topic, so I'm going to keep it cute and just say NO.

Once 10 years ago bc I couldn't have sex bc of trauma so I let my bf at the time sleep around but he ended up moving in with that girl and I've and Truman from it ever since

Fun fact we actually friends now and he still does the open relationship thing with his current misso. Guessing he just can't be faithful

I promise I'm not trolling when I say this, but could you maybe try a strap on? That way if there is an accident it's not actually on you or anything. I just don't feel like an open relationship would work in this situation.

Reading about drugs and PNP in here, I just wanna distance myself from that lmao… my partner and I have not spend a single night apart since we opened up, we havent even missed a shared dinner, havent been to any major gay parties (never been our thing to begin with), have both never done any drugs besides weed (which we dont even enjoy)… we are NOT about that life lmao…

I think that if your relationship is sexually open AND you get on the typical gay party train (literally and figuratively), then of COURSE it will fail. But if you lead a good lifestyle, do everything else together including occasional sex with eachother, have your business in order… and then you just meet your "buddy" once a month to go into a sexual mode that is difficult to get into with the person you see everyday for 6 years and share EVERYTHING (!) with… then you can be golden

As I get older, I feel like I'm more and more "open" to the idea of an open relationship. It's just so hard to trust anyone these days with how accessible people, attention, sex, and conversation are these days. Just on Instagram alone the amount of guys that tell me they have a hubby or boyfriend but are constantly in my DMs devil

This is very tea

I think toys + viagra + occasional outside partners is the answer but let's see what he says

Take a chance and top your bf. He's not a stranger to you, you and him are in a relationship.

Don't let past experiences send you down a direction that could ruin your relationship.
