She just bitter and jealous that nobody care about her vma kiss. Madonna is repeaking and bigger just two years later and still active today, Britney, at least she retired with grace (career wise).

As usual that quote is being misunderstood. Beyoncé was talking about albums as full pieces of work vs. albums that house singles.

Her actual words were:
"People don't make albums anymore. They don't make albums. They just try and sell a bunch of little quick singles and they burn out and they put out a new one and they burn out and they put out a new one. People don't even listen to a body of work anymore."

Since Beyoncé is known for her realized, cohesive, conceptual works, this "shade" doesn't really apply to her no matter how long her singles stay on charts.

Since 2011, Beyoncé has never tried to just sell a bunch of quick little singles. In 2013, she released an album with zero lead singles. In 2016 her lead single was given for free and not released to radio or on iTunes. Her last album's final single was released two weeks after the album came out. The idea of a production line of singles prioritized over the album experience does not apply to Beyoncé.
