Hey pookers, do any of y'all love fermentation and fermenting as much as me? I made a thread about how my family produces wine, and how that got me into it, but I just got into making kimchi. I made my first batch today, a green onion one that's extra spicy & garlicky batch and I'm so excited to try her chick1

I feel like people either love or hate it. So, ATRL, am I the only one, or are you a fermentation girlie too?

    I've never done it but since I moved to Asia I've become a kimchi fiend. Please send me a huge bag, I could honestly live off it. Okay ladies now let's get in fermentation

    I love fermentation. I make Kimchi constantly and love making sourdough but I'm too lazy to keep up with the starter.

    I got one of those at home beer making kits years ago but haven't tried to make anything since. Love kimchi, kombucha, etc though

    i loooooooooove kimchi, i always made huge batches that last me months and are so delicious and go with basically anything. + it's healthy AF

    Kinda got into it during the pandemic but it's kinda too much work to get a subpar loaf of sourdough….that costs $3 at the local bakery
