I think he had this eyelid skin removal surgery that's supposed to make your eyes look refreshed and less droopy/old... a bunch of my parents' friends have had it done and on some, it looks absolutely AMAZING and like they de-aged 10-15 years and on some it looks like they're constantly in shock and just very ... uncanny. Idk what determines the outcome of this procedure but it seems Jim Carrey has found himself with the latter.

Sometimes when you have excess eyelid skin it can really impair your vision. But idk he looks refreshed and if he's happy I couldn't care less either way

Natural aging looks better than this tbh

I don't wanna judge tho, being 60 something after being in the spotlight for so long can bring some pressure

Look like a blepharoplasty. Didn't realize that his eyelid being a bit droopy was one of the characteristic features of his face, the surgery definitely changes his look a ton
