ill be extremely surprised if they manage to put out an album . im betting within 6 months a couple of them will go on to do podcasts talking abt the whole experience and how manufactured it all was / how simon tried to make them into a 1D replacement .. then we'll never hear from any of them again

I'm kind of sad for them. They were likely sold the Harry Styles dream, and they're probably going to be Simon's biggest flop surpassing Union J. I can see a few of them trying to launch a career as influencers with the followers they will have gained on social media.

yeah i feel bad for them too bc hollywood stardom was definitely being dangled in front of them and they probs thought it'd be a big break .. i feel like they would've had a chance too but every decision about their career has just been bad and then coming out the gate badmouthing BTS .. my mum is a BTS stan and she HAAAATES their guts

Entirely too many people. They need to cut 2 of them. I don't see the vision here.

The one that sounds like Bieber should just go solo.

ive been disappointed how simon handled this, ok he wanted new boyband, fair, i get copying kpop model and having a crowd, but hendrick, cruz, sean and john could have been cut, no offense. to the band concept they dont bring anything besides clutter.

josh has visuals, nicholas can serve model, danny can sell friendly dynamic + they all sound amazing.

ok, now we have them this many, lets accept this.

first mistake he didnt drop the single the same day documentary dropped.

second mistake interviews and cover magazines came few months too late + wrong outlets. it wasnt super popular podcast or in podcasts where they can shine.

they were called december 10. ok, a lot of bands have bad names, but it is hard to find them. when you search december 10 on spotify some other december 10 shows up, and finally recently google started putting december 10 articles.

dont want to compare, but one direction has a meaning as the name, i have no idea what december 10 stands for besides date of debut which is dumb especially if you didnt drop some music on that day.

now about song, its ok, nothing extraordinary, ill stream because i support the boys, but promo so far is giving we cutting budget or waiting for them to raise organically.

edit: forgot to mention biggest mistake of them all, no paid playlisting, like on the day of release we have to put the whole band name and title track to find it ourselves manually

Their look doesn't really match their sound, so it comes off a bit disconnected. The music also feels kind of stuck in 2016.

I think they expected bigger early hype, like KATSEYE got from the documentary, but I didn't hear many people talking about their show.

it was ran totally differently, fans could vote which leads to engagement (nonetheless if those votes count) and they had scandals, it wasnt cookie cutter docu like december 10 one where biggest problem to simon was "ah nobody is coming to auditions" which just makes the band look worse like they didnt have much to choose from

Doesn't debut on the top Spotify in the UK. I'd say that's it for their career.

Girl Nicholas is dry and not gonna connect. He had his band on episode 6. Cruz, Josh and Danny. That was it. That was the band.

They could at least have served something like this bop

Not them launching a vinyl, CD and poster and NOT allowing it to ship to the US why is this group already seeming to be doomed thanks to Simon. Is this because of Trump's tarrifs? Why do they also not have a US store? If they were only UK i'd get it but he's pushing them for the US and UK and the show aired here too
