AITAH for divorcing my wife because she called the cops on me?

We had a heated argument and i just couldn't handle it anymore. I pissed in her 4.5k dollars Balenciaga bag. I didn't hurt her in any way, other than giving that naggy brat a little surprise. She called the cops, and they came and took our statements. Nothing happened obviously because I wasnt at fault, why would i be?

I had basically decided to leave my wife as soon as the pigs left. I packed my ****, grabbed her **** too and left. She went to my friends house and I am looking for an apartment.

I think it was unjust that she called the cops and almost ruined my life.. the Balenciaga bag is not that big of a deal, the sports cars are.

We have a 8 month old baby and she is with my wife. I want my baby to be mine and maybe send her to an adoption center. Go through courts and figure out a Custody schedule, I don't want to talk to her anymore. Especially without witnesses.
