exactly. her 80s albums are iconic, but each one has some questionable filler. it was the whiteney era, so that's understandable in context.

her 90s albums, especially yliml, were almost flawless. can't say the same about her 21st century releases.

Her voice was truly something to carry such generic songs, but Clive Davis deserves the electric chair for saddling her with such filler to make her more palatable to white audiences
