True but don't forget that this is more than balanced out by the fact billboard hot 100 has recently added more weight to on demand streaming and the change means that it will take 33.3% fewer ad-supported on-demand streams of songs from an album, and 20% fewer paid/subscription on-demand streams of songs from an album, to equal an album unit which will go a long way in helping things to chart higher. Had this rule been applied prior to Abracadabra release, it would have peaked higher in the US. Besides, the majority of traffic for music videos doesn't come from the US anyway and Youtube not being factored into Hot 100 doesn't have any impact on global charts where Gaga is most successful.
