Glamorous Life is so beautiful, it reminded me so much of old Gaga. Made me tear up a bit.

She would EAT as Norma Desmond. I saw Nicole Swartzinger last fall and if she's Tony nominated, Gaga would win.

The vocals are perfect

The belts don't sound forced (HMH can't relate).. So well done!

Let's be glad we got this amazing song. They know it's a good song but promoting a ballad for DWP doesn't suit the vibe of movie.

They could have used an instrumental/orchestral rendition of the song in one of Miranda's emotional scenes and it would have made sense... smh

SOAW production legit EATS even though the melodies are slightly weaker in comparison. The instrumental is so lush and gets you moving a well-produced, euphoric bop. Gesa, you have done it again.

The only thing that takes me out of it is the "guessin' for a little fun" part but otherwise it's good.

Overall, these make for an enjoyable and fun listen. A HUGE step up from her previous soundtrack contributions like HMH and TDD which, while fine for their respective projects, aren't as dynamic or consistently good enough and don't have as much to latch on to whether vocal or production choices wise. Queen of soundtracks, periodt.

Honestly Runway is a cut above the typical soundtrack song esp. considering the MV. And Glamorous Life is just a great song, no doubt.

I think we shoud be thankfull, but of course as far as her studio albums go I'd expect more.

The rockish voice reminds me of Shallow trailer
