Do you play Magic the Gathering?

Featured Replies

Hi ;3

Do you play Magic the Gathering/MagicArena?

No, but I do collect Pokemon, Lorcana cards of characters I like. The recent FF / Spider-Man / Sonic sets got me curious about MTG. There's also a Kylie Minogue card apparently.

I did seriously play Hearthstone in its early days before power creep went crazy.

Yeah I have a lot of commander decks. And I play every weekend with my friends

I recently started Magic: Arena again but I'm very, VERY confused. I crafted a Final Fantasy deck I found online only for it to get banned from standard like a day later and now I can't really play much.

:/

I tried, but this peanut butter breathed nerd beside me kept ruining my experience every time he opened his mouth.

plus the other three nerds kept arguing with each other and it was ghetto hunny. wouldn't do it again tbh

you can play it online for free via Magic Arena.  It is pretty fun. Not as grindy or money hungry as Hearthstone.

Nothing is. I've been playing HS since beta, and the last few years it's been unbearable in terms of monetization (and balance).

I have only returned to that game when I am truly bored and need something new.

no :3 but my dorky (I'm dorky too) friend Eric does and I love his cute ass. he's one of the very few people I'll consistently bottom for atp. haven't in years, but I hope he knows (he knows) that I still would

Used to play it but got out of it due to how expensive it was until I returned to arena a few months ago just for the sake of playing drafts.

no. i did have a fairly large deck as a teenager with my older brother who tried to play it at our public library but i never quite felt into it enough to actually want to play it. especially not at the library, i was always too fixated on the CD section to want to do anything else there. i never really wanted to play it at home either. the decks kinda just sat there for years until either they were thrown out or he still has them for some reason, idk

Nope! Barely know anything about it either

But I play Pokemon and Final Fantasy

The game itself is amazing, but I don't play. The company who owns it is horrible and it's ridiculously expensive to play. Magic arena is free to play but requires so much grinding.

Well no I've never been into those things but probably have dated guys that did it tho :sabrina:

My gym crush taught me how to play Commander 2 weeks ago on our first date :lmao:I spoke about how much I love Final Fantasy so he composed a deck for me to trial. It was a better gesture than the clique first date stuff.

Idk if I would start buying cards/composing decks myself though - seems very expensive
