First thing first: never calling the album "Smile" in the first place. Even "Never Really Over" would've been a way better, kinda iconic title.

This song has so much potential. It has the type of sound that can cross a broad variety of musical tastes. It's pop, but not too much. It has some pop-rock vibes. An earworm, but not too blatant. Perfect catchy mix with well built lyrics able to turn an overused theme into something interesting.

BS, CS and AH fighting for the signature song status so hard! Lover unexpectingly sneaking in and burying SIO in a ditch. Cardigan making the list as it should and winning the artistry spot. And we also have some intruders, RIGHT IDWLF? TFOO, August, Style, ATW will all join them soon hopefully.

One year later and this track still feels fresh as day one. It's still on my most played nowadays The remix is surely interesting but the original stay unbothered imo. But whatever helps the track to surge and shine will be welcomed. However you should have him working on some tracks for the new project. I hear potential!
