Every couple days until then, I'm going on an autumnal walk and listening to something from Florence. Last night was Dance Jesus, and this is officially the last time before ES release that I'll say: anyone who doesn't like that album is on the wrong side of herstory

King, Free, Choreomania, DGE, Cassandra, ML, ME ... Just so stellar. I can't comprehend how a Florence fan wouldn't like this album. 

 

Mermaids is separate, for sure, but still fits in thematically. You can't not feel cunty af marching down the street to those trumpets poppin off

Maybe they're talking about the standard versions?

I'm reserving my judgement until the whole thing is out, but I have to admit that the first two tracks have not resonated with me as much as any of her previous eras so far (including HAH) and the imagery (album covers and videos) hasn't really either 

 

I will be perched anyway, and I'm sure there will be at least 2-3 career highlights on this album, but still I am underwhelmed so far with the rollout 

Both singles have grown on me massively, I need this album now

Yes, of course standard. We know Florence developed a terminal allergy to deluxe versions after 2015 🥹
