I feel like I've never seen such negativity about an album that hasn't been released yet. If you think the music is **** then just don't bother listening. In my humble opinion she hasn't released a bad project I trust her judgment when it comes to the music. She's been incredibly badly managed and her label is god awful I think she's doing well considering. Especially as a female artist approaching 40 nearly 20 years into her career

I think post partum and being pushed to go in a direction she didn't believe in THAT BEING SAID it's still one of the most sophisticated dance pop records of the 20's and went quadruple platinum in my house winning every Grammy in every category

It's actually so sinister - you hire us to find the best opportunities for you and we'll charge you 20% commission and all the opportunities we do bring to you are actually with the company that owns us so we're lining our pockets even further and you don't really have a choice bc we're not bringing you anything outside of our wheelhouse

I think when it's a parent company it gets murkier also the onus is on the Management to do due diligence and act in good faith towards their artists

When you think of how many leaks have come from artists no longer on their roster it does seem suss. Again everyone knows I'm bias but it's so obvious she has such potential that never been managed properly, nothing ever as supported and pushed as it should have been. I hope she gets her flowers
