This has to be a pop Stan hack - I just can't see Leighton dropping her pop stuff randomly but I'm not mad about it. 
 

I was clinging to any album update back in the day of her scrapped pop album (same with Lindsay's 3rd album ala Spirit in the Dark).

Spotify says "2008 Leighton Meester" under the ownership. Maybe her management got the rights and did it on her behalf?

Also unfortunately thinking this because the cover art they used is from a 2001 magazine photoshoot, longgggggg before music was even a thought for her, and I feel like if she did this herself she would've used something from around 2009
