Even though this statement is far from true (Lara writes and produces in her free time, Megan also iirc) what kind of next level creative genius input do you expect from a survival show group?  They were picked for being performers and that's what they're doing and doing it well. It was Popstar Academy, not A&Rs + Songwriters Academy
