I don’t think that’s the album cover? I’m very sure the album cover won’t have white borders. It might be a singles thing for 1989 TV since WD TV has those too.

That cover can't be the 1989 TV cover....  It's probably for This Love like WDTV got its own.

 

Even the WDTV one would make a better album cover tho

Might be a little cupcakey of me but I don't mind it.

1989 TV cover being by far the worst would be quite fitting actually

it’s not a bad cover 

a bit underwhelming since the original was so iconic but not bad 

That's definitely just the single cover, has the same white border as WD

1989 going from her best to her worst* cover would be iconic
