Reputation is unstoppable :heart2:

I can’t wait for Reputa TV so I can see everyone switch on it.

And the gay ass vault tracks that we are sure to get :WAP:

Why are yall sure Speak Now TV is next and not 1989 TV? Is it because of the instrumentals of the songs?

We need TS10 but I wouldn’t be mad if she wanted to casually drop a MV for Cruel Summer for the kids

Channeling my inner OTH and hoping that she will BOMB next era

The TV are doing less than the OG versions. Red is significant while Fearless is closer in comparison

not reading all of that, but if this is one of those “yOu WoUlDnT hAvE sUrViVeD 2018 :isudumblmao:“ or whatever posts, it has already been established numerous times in the base that the drought we are currently going through is very real, and has nothing to do with the post-1999 drought for numerous reasons

so nice try Jan

:bibliahh:

What a day in the base that day is.

If we’re being honest, there’s really no drought musically. Her singles are just flopping.

Her presence is missed though. I think she knows she’ll be dragged for WTCS and Amsterdam. Damage evasion I guess.

Why was this locked? @Gorgeous’ second fanbase doing overtime. :clap3:

Love @alestevens throwback though

Things have changed so dramatically since that 2017 thread about Taylor "underperforming on streaming":

"[Look What You Made Me Do] is also yet to hit 300M on Spotify despite peaking already, having multiple follow-up singles released and, of course, the album

Follow-up single "Ready For It" fared even worse, bringing in just 126M plays on Spotify and only a slightly better 144M result from Youtube. This was a #4 hit in the US Billboard Hot 100. In comparison with other #4 hits by female artists, Million Reasons by Lady Gaga has reached 175M plays on Spotify, while Katy Perry's Chained To The Rhythm will top 300M plays the next time Spotify refreshes its playcounts.

Time since release is definitely a factor to be taken into account, but considering Taylor Swift is the biggest popstar in the world, it's realistic to expect that she would be able to reach these figures in a fraction of the time of the other girls anyway.

Other singles/songs Gorgeous, Call It What You Want and End Game look unlikely to break 100M plays on Spotify anytime soon; something even Bon Appetit and Swish Swish were able to do without much difficulty"

Um... No :gaycat6:

The stolen versions still have more streams, because they are obviously way older, but look again at the daily streams. Both the TVs will pass the stolen versions next year in overall streams.

The album tracks from the 2 stolen versions are completely dead. The singles are still doing pretty well, basically the same as the TVs. Some more, some less, but that has a lot to do with playlisting

I think 300M isnt a milestone where you are allowed to open a thread in chart.

I think 100M, 500M, 1B are the "legal" milestones

Need Taylor to ink that Spotify deal on banning Non-TV songs on editorial playlists, in time for reputation TV :clap3:

Wasn’t it increments of 100M? I opened Shake It Off at 800M and it’s still open. Thanks sis anyway!

The best song of Speak Now won!

I think most swifties are melting down because they're confused.

Most of us thought she would be releasing the re-recordings every 6 months but it has been more than a year since the last announcement.

What doesn't help is that she has released ONLY uneventful songs this year - JATQ remix, This Love TV and Carolina (which was announced in March and released 3 months later).

If she somehow had released standalone singles ala IDWLF most of her fanbase would be pleased.

Anyways hopefully TS10 is next and not a re-recorded album because the hype is massive and if she released a great pop single I think it could be a signature hit.:gaycat2:

Miss thing aint releasing shité until Q4.

Y'all faguettes better hold on to your pearls and stream what we have now til then.

Taylor is a very self-aware person.

She wrote Speak Now due to the hush on her songwriting skills. She made RED with pop influences due to Speak Now underperforming.

She made 1989 cohesive when RED lost Grammys, and tried to veer away from being the overly romantic girl. She made rep when her image was crumbling, etc.

Probably Taylor’s Versions are not being released because of the comments that she’s releasing a lot of record like crazy very fast? Idk :psyduck:

honestly never thought of it like this - probably makes the most sense :gaycat:

there also were some production issues with fearless and red, maybe she's taking longer to make sure nothing is missed this time? esp for 1989 tv :eli:

If she’s still tweaking the masters than means vinyls still need 6 months to be pressed :gaycat6:

Yeah maybe she's waiting for the vinyl to be almost ready before announcing anything after the long wait for redtv announcement and the vinyl being ready for 1st week. :lakitu:

I am slow I misinterpreted. ? Could Spotify do an option where on a per user decision, if Red (SV) by Taylor Swift is on a playlist, their system allows the individuals presets to play like an « Artist Selected Version » so in this case Red (TV) would fire up?

Using Celine Dion as an example, if It’s All Coming Back To Me Now were on a playlist, the Artist selected version could be the shorter radio edit if users chose to the artist selected version. Say a remastered rerelease was done with a better contribution to songwriters/producers/whatever on the backend.

That way, Artists who promote anniversary edition remasters, single versions, and such can give their fans the choice to support the experience the artist wants to deliver. The option being something that is toggled on and off. So if I want to hear SV songs I theoretically could. Or if I have a favorite playlist with SV it would just redirect to TV.

Her audacity of liking all those Cruel Summer tiktoks... blondie we ain't forgetting that you never made it a single!
