She's definitely planning a summer era based off the Kesha Summer shirt on her store. So she probably decided to just do 11 quality tracks so it's out in time for the Summer, especially because vinyls take a few months to make.

i prefer that it is 11 quality tracks, rather than being a bloated mess. i love short, cohesive albums and i am glad she did that!

I don't mind a short cohesive album, its the fact that by the time the album will be out the oldest single will be a YEAR old, and we will have probably heard at least half the album by then
