The more I give this album time, the more I appreciate it. Although it isn't my favorite Miley album (Endless Summer Vacation is) and doesn't resemble something I'd stream on repeat, it may be in her top 3 objectively.

Walk Of Fame just hits me like a truck every single time. There are so many songs about fame out there but I feel like this one is special. The repetition of "you'll live forever" at the end sounds so triumphant yet defeated at the same time. It's like a musical acceptance of all the glory and mental unrest fame brings. And it will never end. Both a threat and a promise.

Miley Cyrus is coming for technical Grammys and she's credited as producer and composer of all the tracks on the album! See when you're REAL artist with passion and making 6 minutes songs with real instruments instead of trying to make an album to be a hit on tiktok. Miley also said she doesn't want to be mainstream and a big change is coming (she'll go independent). So all the dragging on ATRL seems funny cause she's herself doesn't want to be mainstream, she said she'll be making a lot of "weird music" because she loves it. And we love weird Miley! Dead petz and something beautiful are her top tier albums lyrically and instrumentally. Miley is always ahead of the time. I'm sure her artistry will be appreciated more and more, now she has 3 grammys and a huge 20 years of career and doesn't have anything to prove but she keeps evolving as an artist.

Looks like Easy Lover was not even sent to radio?

Columbia are making the Plastic Hearts roll out look fantastic

I really need RCA (UK) to start doing something to help extra sales to guarantee it being #1, more signed copies and discounts

easily her best produced album of her career... Plastic Hearts is still #1 overall for me.. but the most I listen to this.. I'm starting to think this might be her best album ever.

Saw the álbum thread tag and thought she was dropping an orchestral version

I think Miley has a taste for authenticity, it adds a lot to her craft

The choirs in Reborn

It HEALED my soul, I'm truly reborn now

She said music, not the bling

It was already gospel to me, now it's confirmed!

So God made her flop.

Time to switch religions for a hit.

Find the nearest child. We need a sacrifice.

...Vin

I mean… she has the huge budget for this, but you could just recreate this with plugins that sound 90% as good for 90% less of the price, but go awf expensive analog authentic queen.

…ok?

nice

amazing album!

for me rn its

plastic hearts > something beautiful > dead petz > endless > bangerz > younger > the first three (never heard them anyways)

i thot she had no budget and label support this era

y'all miley fans are really pretentious, just like her

The interludes make no sense if we are being so honest

maybe with the film they'll make more sense?

Sam Smith did something similar on his second album.

Real talented artists please

Does this mean she only signed a two album deal with Columbia?

Reborn SOTY

Walk of Fame, Pretend You're God, Reborn

THE TRINITY

Yeah I hate the interludes. Why is Easy Lover sandwiched between them too. Like if you're gonna have them, space them out.

The slay if:

1. Prelude

2. Something Beautiful

3. End of the World

4. Easy Lover

5. More to Lose

6. Golden Burning Sun

7. Pretend You're God

8. Walk of Fame

9. Every Girl

10. Reborn

11. Give Me Love

Reborn is just so epic... coming for the Top 5 best songs this decade for me real quick
