Both snippets she put out are honestly among the best music I've ever heard from her, just on their own. They could be 5 minute instrumentals and I would be happy. Hopefully the actual songs live up to their beauty.

Well it's brilliant. No bad or even somewhat mid songs to be found. Stupid song, honeybee, maggots for brains, begged, what's wrong with me and expectations are already among her all time greats. Didn't care for begged when she performed it on SNL, it sounded like just another ballad but on the album it sounds incredible, somehow. And what's wrong with me is definitely competing with happier and bad idea right to become my favorite Olivia song. What a lovely album.

It has been sounding better than ever recently, yes. But then again most songs need some time to grow. Very few are truly instant.

Definitely. But honestly, I don't find that song quite as disgusting as I once did. It's still a bland nothing of a song but at least I've started to see why she wrote it. Like, I think it's very genuine, so at least there's that.
