365 and BRAT lowkey gives EUSEXUA better than the EUSEXUA ALBUM by the ARTIST FKA TWIGS 

 

CLUB CLASSIC and VON DUTCH generally makes me feel like a few versions of myself simultaneously - if that isn't EUSEXUA then idk what is!!

EUSEXUA is definitely a good album, but she overhyped it & she was taking herself too seriously/was pretentious. she literally marketed it as "pinnacle of human experience" while it also has unlistenable **** like Childlike Things. so i'm saying BRAT.  i'm not even considering the beyond iconic remixes BRAT gave us....

Eusexua and although I love BRAT, it's not even close.

But Childlike Things IS in fact the pinnacle of the human experience chile… some things just take time to realize i suppose

It's WAYYYY too soon for this. But I think of aalll the albums released within the last year, these two are the PERFECT comparison lmao!!!

 

I love the vision for both. Both two totally different vibes. They're equal to me rn, but I need more time with Eusexua.

This is how I imagine it: they are albums for different parties, and I KNOW that I don't want to be at the BRAT party because of the popper and sweat smell

Objectively, BRAT is better. This is a fact, not an opinion.

There are no universes where Brat and EuGodua are comparable.

The only song I like better from Brat over Eusexua's tracks is Everything Is Romantic. Eusexua is more in line with my taste and I'm a ***** for William Orbit 

the albums are similar in that they are overhyped for what they are and both artists have way stronger releases in their catalogue. also many lyrical similarities between the two, not to mention the initial and totally misleading marketing of them both as throwback rave albums (like wtf was that all about? anyways...)

 

ANYWAY eusexua unfortunately loses by default for:

a) wanderlust which bffr sounds like a b-side from hold the girl and y'all ripped rina to SHREDS for exactly this kind of cornball balladry. 

b) the decision to include a super controversial high profile child star (would have thought twigs would be all over the f'd up power dynamics involved in child stardom but apparently not) when she absolutely did not need to. and i actually loved north's part but the criticism still stands.

 

eusexua also loses points for referencing 'lights on' which just reminds the listener of the infinitely superior lp1. 

 

so yeah, it's a great album and i'm really enjoying it but so far brat>
