I was clearly misunderstood yesterday when I incited all this discourse: PLEASE discuss to your hearts content what's going on with these companies. Call Hybe every name under the sun. It's good that you're discussing what's going on with NJ, intelligent dissections of what's going on is what we need here. My comment was more so directed at things like "**** Illit!" and all that. I don't think it's productive and creates an environment where fans of that group may feel uncomfortable posting here. I don't think it's that hard to not sink into the trenches of stan twitter discourse. Isn't that what most of us use this thread to escape from? I don't want anyone to think I'm defending that company because well no. Both sides could do better in framing their arguments. I was not saying shut up about Hybe and leave, just to focus your anger more at the corporate side of things rather than the girls themselves. And it wasn't directed at just one side, both are guilty of stirring the pot!

Yeah you're right and thanks for clarifying. I support most groups, so if you look at my history here I don't really hate on many people, but I think this discourse is important for the future of the genre as a whole and get bothered when people gaslight and chide others while stanning a literal mafia…. I mean look at the poster above you celebrating a minor fan being sued by a conglomerate and they weren't even dragging that group I really don't think their fans would ever be afraid to post here, most of them feel comfortable being nasty because they know a conglomerate, former judges, a massive PR firm known for smear campaigns, and the biggest fanbase is backing up anything they say
