Nobody even believed aespa's stats were real until they started randomly selling out stadiums and arenas on every inch of the planet, strictly because they don't do Spotify payola like other groups. It was said that SM was manipulating charts and lying about album sales and that aespa aren't popular anywhere but kwangya. There are still people in 2025 pretending Ningning and Winter aren't great vocalists. 💀

 

Labelling it as jealousy would be a mistake, Twice and SNSD are bigger than aespa by a lot and we never had issues with their fans(speaking outside of this thread obviously )
