Welp I guess the good thing about them being on tour is their solo music 

 

 

 

love that they are experimenting their individual sounds like trial and error as early as now so when they officially debut as solos they already know what works for them  by then  

 

 

Not gonna lie, if you didn't find the fact Born Pink having only 8 songs total with one of them being a demo that leaked 2 years before release and one of the other songs being a Rosé solo for some reason (even though I love it) insulting enough to stop stanning BP then you might as well accept things now. One song.

People needs to understand that aespa's sound, concept branding won't gonna work with your average Joe and Susan 

 

Aespa is thriving when they are embracing Kpop as what it is. Also China / Japan is where the money 

I know the irony in me telling you to not write off an animated movie based off the animation itself but  again the movie is actually objectively good. I'm really not trying to steer you wrong here. I understand that the Aespa concept won't click for everyone but they still also need the general public support so that they can still be on radio, chart, tour especially considering how obsessed yall are with stats they need to continue to be popular and successful or else SM is just gonna shelve our girls and they don't deserve that. Also neither do us especially since they're a breath of fresh air in a sea of wannabe newjeans clones that have flooded the kpop scene. Money is also global and I want another active kpop girl group to achieve global success outside of just Blackpink especially with NewJeans on hiatus.

We should be grateful that they were even allowed to leave and pursue other interests without YG being spiteful. The contract was probably for them to have creative freedom outside but still remain and comeback as a group or else and they agreed as long as they were also able to use the tour as a platform for their solos.

Like it just doesn't make sense. Come Alive, What You Waiting For, Touchdown, Queen and One By Way featuring Demi Lovato. Also how much you wanna bet that they're gonna include The Girls 💀

And yes, it sucks it's always not a lot of songs, but at some point, it's better to manage your expectations better with the many letdowns when it comes to promotion and amount of songs for a release 

WHO even realistically thought that BP was having a real comeback??? Born Pink is an album made up last minute of bought demos and scraps  also all of them only signed on for group activities. YG has no interest in investing money in them because it will benefit them solo more than him. And the tour is gonna do great either way because Blinks would buy anything anyway 

Even this single album with one song and instrumental is gonna sell well. 
 

and then they are gonna dip until their next tour as group. 
 

And please don't tell me you believe Teddy is giving them a big track when he is working on making his own groups happen. They'll get Dx4 20.0 or a demo from someone else but reproduced by Teddy.

Girl **** off I said, I saw it already and it never interest me if I'm going to like a  pop idols fighting crimes and misogyny, it's not it. This concept has been done, there's bunch of anime from Japan tackling the same topic. Same reason I don't understand the hype around Squid games when all it had is budget  like I can find other better well written japanese survival thriller media 

 

also why are you so hung up on aespa expanding in the west? we can be obsessed with stats without catering to your average joe somewhere in middle america. aespa is not a a successor  nor replacement to anyone,  let's get that straight

Yang Hyun Suk wanted that song for them while R.Tee always intended for himself. After several argument Yang Hyun Sul agreed on letting R.Tee releasing the song with the artist of his choice. 

 

Now you can see how YHS is a sour patch cause Anda had a whole album recorded and was supposed to release it while R.Tee was in the military. Never been released and she ultimately left YG/TBL.

I mean can you blame us? Biggest kpop girl grpup and all are thriving as soloists is unheard for any girl group period. You would think that any label would properly capitalize on this kind of momentum. But no not YGly. Smfh also why wouldn't Teddy and YG invest since BP is the reason they have working lights and running water?

I mean its coming with rewards in every metric possible and the girls want a legacy and longevity. I don't want them to slow down cause I don't want them to be side lined or replaced but I completely understand their health comes first.
