The “you you” part is a bit annoying. the album was pretty good too so I’m glad it got scrapped

It's giving Pharrell production on the verse a bit 

Hmm could've fit well after guilty conscious 

given that the album closes with two very low key songs it might have given it a bit more substance twds the end, it could probably have done with another upbeat song on it

This is a BOP?!?  Definitely could have replaced a song on the og album.

no this is the reason i can't fully get into Tate. i don't mind her voice on upbeat bops but she insists on doing so many slower songs and her voice is too grating for that

Not only should it have been on the album, but it should have been a single. Think Later deserved a worthy third single.
