I think one of the saddest parts of the Dr. Luke lawsuit is that she lost the 10 most important years of her career, when she could have been cementing her status as an MPG.

 

There was a time where that was very much a reality, and unfortunately it's hard to stage a comeback when your legacy era was only 2-3 (really great) years from over a decade ago.
