We Found Love, Talk That Talk, and Where Have You Been >>>> Katy's absolutely terrible choices in singles.

I don't quite know where You Da One lands in the mix.

Both loaded with filler but with two great songs apiece (We Found Love/Where Have You Been vs. Birthday/International Smile) — it's kind of a draw tbh

PRISM wins for me. Dark Horse, Walking On Air, and Legendary Lovers alone.

Legendary Lovers is that bich but TTT i better overall

We Found Love, Where Have You Been, Cockiness, Birthday Cake, Watch n' Learn, Red Lipstick, Do Ya Thang >

Prism wins for me because it holds a special place in my heart but Talk That Talk is my fav Rihanna album. And We Found Love & Where Have You Been are some of Rihanna's most iconic hits

I loved Talk that Talk back in the day but it sounds so dated and unlistenable now.

Legendary Lovers, Walking on Air and Ghost are timeless classics though.

You could've made a case with LL and Dark Horse but you chose... those songs.

Talk That Talk is interesting to me cause it's the only one of her 2010s albums that doesn't really play like an album. it's good, but it plays like a mixtape. Loud is a pop bible, and Unapologetic and Anti both tell stories in fascinating ways

Talk That Talk, while having some great discography highlights like You da One and Watch n Learn, is probably Rih's most dated album other than those first two mixtapes of hers. lemme do a track by track though, cause I barely ever listen to Prism anyway

really tough call between You da One and Roar btw, love both songs so much

okay so, in terms of album itself, it looks like Talk That Talk is taking it :gaycat:

I will say that We Found Love is by far my least favorite Rihanna lead single, it's so grating and repetitive and BLAH imo, I know that's a super hot take but it's true :sorry:

lemme real quick do a singles rundown though

We Found Love vs Roar

You da One vs Unconditionally

Talk That Talk vs Dark Horse

Birthday Cake vs Birthday

Where Been You Have vs This Is How We Do

okay yeah TTT takes singles too

and I guess Prism aged slightly worse? Dark Horse in particular, yuck :rip:
